If you are wearing gloves or have extended nails, it is just not handy to operate touchscreens. Google Japan has invented a mechanical hand with a number of interchangeable attachments, such as the correct hand, the left hand, the thumb, and so forth. And a single can manipulate it with a joystick to swipe and tap on the touchscreens.
